Lucity Module

Enables the user to:

• view feature relationships;
• create Inspections, Requests, Work Orders, and PMs/Work Templates; and
• view, edit and attach documents.

Filter Viewer

Loads a Lucity Filter in the map. All features that are part of the filter are selected in the map.

Subset Manager

Enables the user to create new subsets, to load existing subsets or to add to/remove features from existing subsets.

Work Frequency

Displays Work Order frequency.

Create Lucity Work Layers

Produces both live and static views of Work Orders, Requests, Master Projects, and PMs/Templates.

View Work Request Location

Allows users to interact with the Request layers created using the Create Lucity Work Layers tool.

View Work Order Location

Allows users to interact with the Work Order layers created using the Create Lucity Work Layers tool.

View Master Project Locations

Allows users to interact with the Master Project layers created using the Create Lucity Work Layers tool.

View Project Locations

PM/WO Template Locations

Allows users to interact with the PM/Template layers created using the Create Lucity Work Layers tool.

Lucity Views

Displays Inspection summaries and results for Water, Street, Storm, and Sewer assets.

Sewer/Storm Profile

Creates a profile view of sewer or storm lines.

View TV Observations

Graphically displays TV Observations for both Sewer and Storm assets.

Trace Solver

Traces sewer, storm, and water lines.

Update Sign Regulations

Assigns a group of Signs to a specific Regulation.

Customer Search

Allows users to: search for a customer by name or address, locate a customers address in the map, create a request for a customer, and view customer information in Lucity.

Find Feature

Finds assets in the map based on the Facility ID.

Links the user to the Lucity GIS Web Help section about the Analyst tools.

Lucity Field Links

Field Links

Enables users to connect Lucity Inventory information to a feature class. This tool appears as a tab within a feature class's properties, rather than as a button on the toolbar.
