Fueling Tab

This tab allows you to view all fueling records associated with a vehicle.  At a glance, you can view the date of the fueling, fuel amount, fuel cost, odometer reading at the time of the fueling, and miles/gallon.  Although most fueling records are created in the Fleet Fueling module, you can add a fueling record from here.  

To add a fueling record from this grid, complete the following steps:

1. Right click in the grid and select Add Record.
2. The Fleet Fueling module will open in Add Mode.
3. Add your record. Consult the Fleet Fueling module topic for additional information on the fields contained therein.  

   Note: When adding a fueling record from Fleet Inventory, the Fleet ID is automatically inserted in the new fueling record. While this expedites the entering process, we recommend using the Fleet Fueling module directly when adding multiple fueling records.

4. Click to save the record.
5. Click to escape Add Mode.
6. Click to close the window.
