Toolkit

The Toolkit in this module provides several functions.

Function	Result
Blank Eval Current Date	Blanks out the Current Amount / Date of Year field on the `Eval tab`.
Calculate Fleet Rate for Filterset	Recalculates the Depreciation Amount, Book Value, and Hourly Cost on the `Cost tab`.
Recalculate Fleet Summary Fields for Filterset	Recalculates several fields on the Eval tab to correct calculations
Send Email Notification for Current Record	Allows the user to select and send a notification to the current vehicle's operator.
Send Email Notification for Filterset	Allows the user to select and send a notification to all the operators for the filterset.

How to

Run a toolkit function

Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:
Highlight one of the toolkit functions and click . The system will run the function. After the Toolkit has ended its run, refresh the record to view the final calculations.
- Blank Eval Current Date - Highlight Blank Eval Current Date and click Execute. The system will set the Current Eval Date to Null (the field will appear empty).
- Calculate Fleet Rate for Filterset - Highlight Calculate Fleet Rate for Filterset. The system will automatically recalculate the Depreciation Amount, Book Value, and Hourly Cost on the Cost tab.
- Recalculate Fleet Summary Fields for Filterset - This tool is designed to be used to correct fields on the Eval tab after child records had been added with incorrect data. Note: Fix any bad data on children records before running.
- Send Email Notification for Current Record or Filterset - For complete instructions on setting up and running the Notification functions go here.

Note: The Calculate Fleet Rate for Filterset toolkit option runs these calculations on-demand; however, the PM Service will also run these calculations each night.
