The primary functions of the Fleet Fuelings module are tracking the fueling history of each vehicle, estimating fueling costs, and providing a current odometer reading. Each time you refuel a vehicle, you can create a new record logging the current fueling information and odometer reading. The odometer reading dictates scheduling of preventative maintenance work orders, warranty status, depreciation, and replacement costs of the vehicle. This module also allows you to enter other fluids used in the vehicle such as oil or wiper fluid. With each new record, you can view the past fueling history and see the calculated difference in cost. This allows you to compare your crew and vehicle efficiency.
Note: The costs recorded in this module are not included in the calculated vehicle costs in the Eval tab in the Fleet Inventory module.

Note: Users can view any field definition by right clicking + Ctrl in that field.
To access the Fleet Fuelings module, select Equipment > Fleet > Fleet Fuelings and the following window will appear.
