The Billing tab allows you to store billed party information and billing data. Billed party information includes contact phone, fax, email, billing address, and billed party name. Billing data includes invoice information, billing amount, billing date, payment date, and payment method.
The Bill Customer ID field allows you to enter a customer ID. If you are integrated with Eden's InForum Gold financial software, the F9 hotkey will be enabled. This hotkey allows you to select the customer ID from a pop-up list.
Note: The data in all fields on this tab will be carried over to any new Work Orders generated from this PM/Template.
