The Equipment Inventory module keeps track of all equipment where usage is measured by an hourmeter or other meter.
Each record tracks basic information about an equipment piece such as ID number, operating status, year, manufacturer, and model. Additional equipment pieces that are attached to or dependent upon the current piece of equipment can be tracked too. Historical Meter readings along with associated work orders and PM templates are viewable on each equipment record. Other primary functions of this module include estimating the running cost of the equipment and assessing the life span of the equipment piece based on costs and usage.

To access the Equipment Inventory module, select Equipment > Equipment > Equipment and the following window will appear.
