Inspections Tab

The Inspections tab allows you to view inspection records for a piece of equipment.  At a glance, you can view the inspection date, the pump condition, the motor and seal conditions, and the date of the next pump inspection.  Although most inspection records are created in the Equipment Inspections module, you can add an inspection record from here.

Note:  When adding an inspection record from Equipment Inventory, the Equipment ID is automatically inserted in the new inspection record.  This expedites the entering process; however, if you are entering multiple records, we recommend using the Equipment Inspections module instead.

Adding an Inspection Record

To add an Inspection Record, complete the following steps:

  1. Right click in the Inspections grid and select Add Record. The Equipment Inspections module will open allowing you to add the inspection data.
  2. Click to save the record.
  3. Click to escape Add Mode.
  4. Click to close the window.

To view or edit an inspection record, right click on the record and select View Record or Edit Record.  For further information on the Equipment Inspections module and its tabs, please reference the Equipment Inspections help guide.
