The Administration program has several modules to help you define your work system: Work Options, Time Cost Setup, PM Processing Setup, and Server Email Settings.
The Work Options module allows you to format your work order and request numbers, select tracking options, and define the general setup. The Time Cost Setup module allows you to select multipliers to define regular and over time hours.
Note: To promote data consistency and security, only system administrators should have access to these modules.
