Work Notifications
The Work Management modules have the ability to generate automated notifications for Requests and Work Orders. These notifications can:
- Work Request Notifications
- Alert employees that a specific problem was either; used in a work request, changed, or is overdue.
- Thank customers for their requests (Thank You email.)
- Inform customers that their request has been taken care of (Completion email.)
- Alert supervisors that they were assigned a request.
- Work Order Notifications
- Alert supervisors and lead workers when a new work order was created and assigned to them.
- Alert employees that a work order has been created using a specific task or problem.
- Alert employees that a specific task was either; used in a work order, changed, or is overdue.
- Alert employees when a Work Order is completed based on the main task.
- Alert employees when priority on a work order has changed based on the main task.
- Work Project Management
For these Notifications to work, Notifications templates need to be setup first in the General>Notification Setup
module.
