Work

The Work module is a comprehensive database system that tracks customer complaints and generates work orders initiated by your department (such as preventative maintenance and general repairs) and those initiated by a customer complain or request.

Before using Work module, your system administrator will need to define the Work Flow Setup modules. Once the work flow is established, you can begin using any of the following modules:
