Server Email Settings

The Server Email Settings module allows access users to indicate the SMTP Server used for the network and sender email address.  This address will be used to send notification emails to employees and supervisors, as well as Thank You and completion emails to requesters.

To access the Server Email Settings, complete the following steps:

Select Work > Administration > Server Email Settings. The following window will appear:

PM Processing

  1. Enter the SMTP Server name.
  2. Enter the Sender Address.
  3. Click Button OK.

    Note: SQL Server and Oracle clients should use the System Settings in the Lucity Administration tools to configure email settings.
