Work Request Notifications

The Work Management modules have the ability to generate automated notifications for Work Requests. These notifications are based on the problem used in the request or the supervisor assigned. These notifications can:

• Alert employees that a specific problem was either used in a work request, changed, or is overdue.
• Thank customers for their requests. (Thank You email.)
• Inform customers that their request has been taken care of. (Completion email.)
• Alert supervisors that they were assigned a request.

  Note: When a request notification is sent, it is recorded in the Work Request > Tracking tab in the Request Tracking grid.
