Click on this link to access the Requests Tutorial Movies.The Notification tab is where owner information can be stored and customer notifications can be logged. In the Owner information fields at the top of the tab, you can record the owner name, business address, and contact information.
Note: If the location address (in the Request tab) matches an address in the Customer module, owner information from that customer record can be carried over to this tab upon user request (use of the F8 key).
