Toolkit Functions

The Toolkit in this module contains several functions allowing you to search for existing Requests by:

• Customer Address
• Location Address
• Parcel
• Phone Number

1. Click on the Toolkit button in the module toolbar to access these functions. The following window will appear:

   

2. Select one of the search functions from the list and click Execute. A window similar to the following will appear. Depending on your selection in the Toolkit dialog, this window will list existing requests with the same Customer Address, Location Address, Parcel, or Phone Number as the current Request record.

   

3. Search through the list of existing requests to locate the desired record. Click Select to open the corresponding Request.
