Resetting Passwords

If a user forgets his/her password, the system administrator can reset the system allowing the user to re-enter a new password.

To reset a password, complete the following steps:

  1. Select  from the Security window.
  2. Select a user from the Name drop-down menu.

  3. Click . The Edit User window will appear.
  4. Click . The Following popup will appear:

    reset_password

  5. Enter a new password for the user. This is Required
  6. The user can change their password after logging in to Lucity Desktop using the Help menu.
