Resetting Passwords
If a user forgets his/her password, the system administrator can reset the system allowing the user to re-enter a new password.
To reset a password, complete the following steps:
- Select
from the Security window. - Select a user from the Name drop-down menu.

- Click
. The Edit User window will appear. - Click
. The Following popup will appear:
- Enter a new password for the user. This is Required
- The user can change their password after logging in to Lucity Desktop using the Help menu.
