Work Order Notifications

The Work Management modules have the ability to generate automated notifications based on different aspects of a work order. These notifications are designed to support communication between departments, and to keep supervisors and other employee's up to date on what needs to be done. Specifically these notifications can:

• Alert supervisors and lead workers when a new work order is created and assigned to them.
• Alert employees that a specific task was either used in a work order or changed.
• Alert employees that a specific task that was used in a work order is overdue.
• Alert employees when a Work Order is completed based on the main task.
• Alert employees when priority on a work order has changed based on the main task.
• Alert employees that a problem has been used on a work order.
• Send a Notification on the Work Order Start date.

  Note: When a work order notification is sent, it is recorded n the Work Order > Request/Track tab in the Tracking grid.
