Tasks are the jobs that need to be completed on a Work Order that is created by a PM. Because they will be part of the Work Order, these activities are often called subtasks. On a PM, Tasks are used to collect Resources that are commonly needed to complete work and estimate future costs.
Tasks can be manually added to the Work Order but may be added automatically based on the Work Order's Main Task.

The Work > PM/Templates > PM Tasks grid displays all of the Tasks on the Work Order created by the PM.

Indicates the user-defined unique ID for importing Tasks and attaching them to Work Orders. |

Identifies a group of Employees assigned to work on the Task. |

Identifies the Employee responsible for the Task.
