PM Tasks can contain a list of equipment that will likely be used to complete the task. These resource records are used to collect time and cost information for the work done.
Equipment grid
The Equipment grid enables you to associate equipment with a Tasks record. If you enter a Task that has Equipment associated with it in the Work Flow Setup Tasks module, those Equipment records will be automatically populated in the PM Tasks > Equipment grid.

How to add Equipment to a Task

Identifies the Task record that the Equipment is attached to. |

Indicates the user-defined, unique ID for the assigned equiPMent.

Displays a secondary description of the Equipment. |

Group Number |
Enables user to group selected resource records together by assigning a group ID. For example this can be used to group an employee with a specific piece of equipment or materials that they are authorized to use. |
