PM/Template Tasks can contain a list of Fluids that likely will be used to complete the task. These records are used to estimate fluid amounts needed to accomplish scheduled work.
Fluids can also be tied to the Parts Inventory module, which automatically deducts Parts from the inventory when they are used on Work Orders that are created from PMs.
Fluids grid
The Fluids grid enables users to associate fluids with any tasks in the Tasks grid. Any Materials associated with a Task Setup record will automatically be added to the Task's Fluids grid whenever the Task is used on a PM/Template.

How to add a Fluid to a Task

Group Number |
Enables user to group selected Resource records together by assigning a group ID. For example this can be used to group an Employee with a specific piece of Equipment or Materials that they are authorized to use. |
