Each PM Task can store a list of Employees that will likely be used to accomplish the Task. These records are used to estimate time and cost information for the work that will be done.
Employees grid
The Employees grid enables users to associate employees with any Tasks records. If you enter a Task that has Employees associated with it in the Work Flow Setup Tasks module, those Employee records will be automatically populated in the PM Tasks > Employees grid.
If necessary, enter Regular Time Hours and/or Overtime Hours.
Click OK. The new Employee(s) now appear in the grid of the selected record(s).

Work Task
Identifies the record in the Task grid that the Employee is attached to.
Resource*
Indicates the user-defined, unique ID for the assigned Employee.
An agency establishes its list of Employees in the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Employee Setup module. By default only the Employees associated to the PM/Template's Category are displayed.
Alt Description
Identifies a secondary description of the Employee.
Group Number
Enables users to group selected Resource records together by assigning a group ID. For example, this can be used to group an employee with a specific piece of equipment or materials that they are authorized to use.
