Creating a Browse

  1. At the top of the screen Click on a field name from the list on the left.  To select more than one field, hold Ctrl while clicking on each field.
  2. Click . The selected field(s) will move to the box on the right.

    or

  3. Double click on the field name and it will automatically be added to the list on the right.

    or

  4. Click to move all fields at once.
  5. To completely clear the list and start over, click . This will clear all the names from the browse list.
