The Traps/Interceptors/Cleanings tab links Grease Extractor records to the Facility record and allows users to track cleaning records for those extractors.
The first grid displays all of the grease extractors linked to the facility. The second grid shows Pump Outs/Cleaning records associated with the grease extractor. Near the top of the tab is a Next Cleaning Date field.
Special Function Field
Next Cleaning Date
Indicates the date of the next scheduled cleaning of the Grease Extractor. This field is automatically updated when a Pump Out/Cleaning record is saved.
The Action Date field on the Pump Out record updates the Last Cleaning Date field on the Extractor record.
The system calculates the Next Cleaning Date field (if the Cleaning Freq and Cleaning Freq Units fields are populated).
The system checks all of the Next Cleaning Date fields for all extractors attached to the facility and uses the soonest date for this field.
Samples of the grids appear below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
