The Inspections tab tracks all inspections related to the facility and summarizes related information and results.
Inspection Fields
These fields summarize the most recent inspection performed on the facility.
Last Inspection Date |
The date the most recent inspection occurred. This field is populated automatically using the inspection date from the most recent inspection record. |
Inspection Freq |
The number of (date) units between inspections. |
Inspection Freq Units |
The type of date units between inspections. |
Next Inspection Date |
The date the next inspection should occur. If the Inspection Freq and Inspection Freq Units fields are populated, the system will calculate this field automatically based on the Last Inspection Date. Users can filter records by the Next Inspection Date to identify facilities that need to be inspected. |
Inspections Grid
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.
