Function

Hauler Number*

The FOG hauler that is sending the waste. Click the Hauler Number button or click in the field and press F9 for a list of valid hauler records. This list is populated by the FOG Hauler module.

Hauler Name

The name of the FOG hauler. This field is completed automatically when the Hauler Number is selected.

Facility Number *

The facility from which the waste is being pumped. Click the caption button or click in the field and press F9 for a list of valid FOG facilities.

Facility Name

The name of the FOG facility. This field is completed automatically when the Facility Number is selected.

Unit ID *

The ID for the extractor that is being pumped out. Click the caption button or click in the field and press F9 for a list of valid FOG extractors.

Action Date*

The date the pumpout occurred.

Vehicle Number*

The vehicle that is sending the waste. Click the Vehicle Number button or click in the field and press F9 for a list of valid vehicle records. This list is populated by the Vehicle grid within the FOG Hauler module and filtered based on the FOG hauler selected.

Disposal Date

The date on which the waste was disposed.

Driver Name

The driver of the FOG hauler vehicle. Click the Driver Name button or click in the field and press F9 for a list of valid drivers. This list is populated by the list of drivers on the Vehicles/Drivers tab in the FOG Hauler module and filtered based on the FOG hauler selected.

Note: Users can manually type in a name that isn't on the driver list.

Rec Station Number

This group of fields is used when a hauler vehicle is brought to a receiving station to dispose of waste. More information about waste disposal
