Toolkit

The Toolkit in the Facilities module provides the following functions:

Function	Result
Notification Update	Creates a Notice record in the Notice History grid on the Communication tab.
Send Contact Email Notification for Filterset	Sends an e-mail notification to all the contacts for the current filterset.
Send Owner Email Notification for Filterset	Sends an e-mail notification to all the owners for the current filterset.

How to Run a Toolkit Function

Before running any tool that affects a filterset, create a filter to identify the records that should be updated.
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window appears:
Highlight one of the toolkit functions and click .
Notification Update
1. The following window will appear
2. Select the type of notice that was sent
3. Select the date sent
4. The Sent By field will be automatically populated with the logged in users ID. However this can be manually changed.
5. Save the record and the following screen will appear
6. Click ok and all the Facilities in the filterset will receive a notice record in their Notice History grid.
