Fleet Fuelings Header Data

At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Field Name	Definition
Fleet ID	This is a required field. This number will be the same Fleet ID number used in Fleet Inventory. After selecting a Fleet ID, press `<Enter>` to display the vehicle description or name in the second Fleet ID field.
Employee	This field allows you to indicate the employee who performed the fleet fueling.
Fueling ID	This field allows you to create a user-defined identification number.

Note: The Employee and Fueling ID fields are optional and may be modified by your system administrator to better fit your management needs.
