The Timesheet enables users to track the hours they work using the Timesheet Form. Employees can also view the hours they entered in the Work Orders module.
Supervisors can edit hours for the employees they supervise using the Timesheet Overview.
A sample of the Timesheet appears below.
Launching a Timesheet
To launch a Timesheet Form, click the Timesheet button on the Home Menu. If there is only one timesheet for the user, it is launched automatically. If the user has more than one timesheet, he or she can select the desired timesheet from a drop-down list.
To launch the Timesheet Overview, click the Timesheet button on the Home Menu, then select the Overview from the drop-down list.
Types of Timesheets
There are several types of timesheets available in Lucity Web. An agency's system administrator controls which timesheets users may access.
