The Dashboard icon returns the application to the dashboard from anywhere else in the application. Clicking this icon does not close any view or form already open.

The Beta Dashboard opens the beta version of our HTML based dashboard.

This function requires the General > Dashboard and User Preferences > Allow Access to Beta Features permission.

The Links icon displays a drop-down list of links to web content outside Lucity Web.

The Web Map icon launches the Web map in a new browser window.

The Help icon provides a drop-down list of help options, including:

• Lucity Help - Launches the Web Help Guide.
• Lucity Help Portal and Search - Launches the Lucity Help portal to view/search all the help guides.
• E-mail Lucity - Starts an email to Lucity Support.
• Lucity on the Web - Launches Clients-Only Web Support, a Webex support session, or Lucity.com.
• E-mail Server Logs - Enables the user to export Lucity server logs via email to an address he or she designates. Emails sent this way are generated by the system and provide no information about who is sending them. Because the email will not indicate whose logs they are it should not be emailed directly to Lucity Support.

  This function requires the General > Dashboard & User Preferences > Email Rolling log permission.

• About Lucity - Displays the product version and service pack being used.

The Preferences icon enables individual users to customize colors and font sizes within the web application.

The Timesheet button launches the Timesheet or provides a drop-down list of time sheets if multiple options are available to the user.
