Document Upload Setup

The Document Upload feature in Lucity Web, Citizen Portal, and Lucity Mobile lets users upload documents to the Lucity Web Server and attach them to a Lucity record. This topic explains how to configure the Document Upload feature for different parts of the Lucity application.

Document Processing and Storage

Uploaded documents are added to and processed by the Lucity Document Server. The files are loaded to the locations specified on the System > Settings > Documents tab.

How To Configure Citizen Portal for Document Upload

  1. Install the Document Server.
  2. In the Administration Tool > System > Settings > Documents tab, complete the following fields:
  3. Locate and edit a Citizen Request Form and use the File Upload tool to add the File Upload button.
