Lucity Process Log

The Lucity Process log is a tool to help with troubleshooting problems while using the Lucity GIS Tools. Users will not normally see or use this. The log only automatically appears when an error occurs but can be turned on at any time. This log file is very helpful to Lucity Support reps when troubleshooting.

How To Use the log

  1. Push the process log button. The log will appear. By default it is snapped to the bottom of the screen
  2. For more complete logging check the Log Everything box. This can be unchecked at any time.

Note: having the log on, and especially having Log Everything checked will slow down the processing time for any Lucity tool.

  3. Right-click in the log window to get the options to Clear or Save.
