Work Order View

This screen shows a list of work order records. Each record displays the Work Order Number and and Main Task at the top. It also displays the Problem and Status at the bottom if they are fill out.

The list show all work order records, or a filtered set depending on what button was selected in the Hub. The records are sorted from Newest to Oldest

Using the view

  • Tap on a Work Order record to open the Work Order form.
  • Swipe up to view more records

 

Special Function Buttons

new

Add Record : Creates a new work order

Refresh : Reloads the filter (or all records) to display changes.

nextpage

Navigation : The bottom right corner of the screen displays how many pages of Work Order records there are. If there is more than one page navigation arrows will appear. The number of records is set using the page size setting.
