1. In the Environmental Compliance > Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > Haulers module, click the button.
2. Enter a Hauler Number (required). This value must be unique.
3. Create a Hauler Name to further identify the company.
4. Enter the address of the company.
5. Indicate whether this is currently an Active Hauler in the FOG program.
6. Complete other fields as desired.
7. Click the button to save the record. The new record appears in the FOG Hauler grid.

1. Click the button to expand the record.
2. Select the Contact grid and click the button. The Contact form opens.
3. Enter the contact's Name. (This is required and must be unique for this record.)
4. Complete the other fields as desired.
5. Click the button to save the Contact. The new entry now appears in the Contact grid.

1. In the FOG > Haulers module, click the button to expand the Hauler to which you want to add a vehicle.
2. Select the FOG Hauler Vehicles grid and click the button. The Hauler Vehicle form appears.
3. Create a Vehicle Number (required, and must be unique) for the truck.
4. Complete other fields as desired.
5. Save and close the record. The new Vehicle now appears in the FOG Hauler Vehicles grid.

1. In the FOG > Haulers module, click the button to expand the Hauler to which you want to add a driver.
2. Select the FOG Hauler Drivers grid and click the button. The Hauler Drivers form appears.
3. Enter the Driver Name (required, and must be unique).
4. Enter his or her Driver's License Number.
5. Complete other fields as desired.
6. Save and close the record. The new Driver now appears in the FOG Hauler Drivers grid.

Lucity users can create new Pump Out records any of four FOG modules: Hauler Pump Outs, Haulers, Grease Extractors or Waste Disposals.

Method 1: From the FOG Hauler Pump Out Module

1. Open the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > FOG Hauler Pump Outs module.
2. Click the button. A new Pump Out record appears.
3. Enter or select a Hauler (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > Haulers module.
4. Enter or select a Facility (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Facilities module.
5. Enter or select a Unit ID (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Grease Extractor module.
6. Enter or select the Vehicle Number.
8. Enter the Action Date (required). This value, in combination with the Hauler Number and Unit ID, must be unique.
9. Choose an Action from the pick-list.
10. Enter the Amount Pumped and identify the Waste Type.
11. Complete other fields as desired.
12. Click the button to save the record. The new Pump Out record appears in the Hauler Pump Out module, in the related Hauler's Pump Outs grid and in the related Grease Extractor's Pump Outs grid.

Method 2: From the Pump Outs Grid in the Grease Extractor Module

1. In the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Grease Extractor module, expand the Extractor record to which you want to add a Pump Out.
2. In the Sewer FOG Pump Out grid, click the button. A new Pump Out record appears featuring the Unit ID of the selected record.
3. Enter or select a Hauler (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > Haulers module.
4. Enter or select the Vehicle Number (required).
5. Enter the Action Date (required). This value, in combination with the Hauler Number and Unit ID, must be unique.
6. Choose an Action from the pick-list.
7. Enter the Amount Pumped and identify the Waste Type.
8. Complete other fields as desired.
9. Click the button to save the record. The new Pump Out record appears in the Extractor's Pump Outs grid as well as in the Hauler Pump Out module and in the related Hauler's Pump Outs grid.

Method 3: From the Pump Outs Grid in the FOG Hauler Module

1. In the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > Haulers module, expand the Hauler record to which you want to add a Pump Out.
2. In the Sewer FOG Hauler Pump Out grid, click the button. A new Pump Out record appears featuring the Hauler ID of the selected record.
3. Enter or select a Facility (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Facilities module.
4. Enter or select a Unit ID (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Grease Extractor module.
5. Enter or select the Vehicle Number (required).

Method 4: From the Pump Outs Grid in the FOG Waste Disposal Module

1. In the Fats, Oils, Grease > Receiving Station > FOG Waste Disposal module, expand the Waste Disposal record to which you want to add a Pump Out.
2. In the Sewer FOG Hauler Pump Out grid, click the button. A new Pump Out record appears featuring the Hauler ID, Vehicle Number, Driver, Rec Station Number and Disposal Date from the selected record.
3. Enter or select a Facility (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Facilities module.
4. Enter or select a Unit ID (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Grease Extractor module.
5. Choose an Action from the pick-list.
6. Enter the Action Date (required). This value, in combination with the Hauler Number and Unit ID, must be unique.
7. Enter the Amount Pumped and identify the Waste Type.
8. Complete other fields as desired.
9. Click the button to save the record. The new Pump Out record appears in the Waste Disposal record's Pump Outs grid, as well as in:
   • the Hauler's Pump Outs grid,
   • the Hauler Pump Out module, and

the related Extractor's Pump Outs grid.

Method 1: Add an Event from the FOG Hauler Module

1. Open the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > Haulers module.
2. Click the button to expand the Hauler record to which you want to add an event.
3. Select the Hauler Events grid and click the button. The system creates a new Hauler Event record with the selected record's Hauler Number.
4. Continue to Filling out the Record (below).

Method 2: Create a Record in the FOG Hauler Events Module

1. Open the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > Hauler Events module.
2. Click the button. A new record appears.
3. Enter or select a Hauler Number (required).
4. Continue to Filling out the Record (below).

Filling Out the Record

1. Enter or select the Logged Date (required).
2. Select a Group from the pick-list (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > Hauler Groups module.
3. Choose an Event type from the pick-list. (The choice the user makes in the Group field determines the options in the Event field.)
4. Complete other fields as desired.
5. Click the button to save the record. The new Hauler Event record appears in the grid.

Step 1: Create the Group

1. Open the Environmental Compliance > Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler> Hauler Groups module.
2. Click the button in the module toolbar. The FOG Hauler Group Setup form appears.
3. Provide a unique name for the collection in the Group field (required).
4. Save and close the record. The new Group appears in the FOG Hauler Group Setup grid and in the Hauler Events module's Hauler Events form.

Step 2: Add Events to the New Group

1. Use the button to expand the new Group record. The Events grid appears.
2. Click the button in the grid toolbar. The FOG Hauler Group Events form appears.
3. Select an existing Event (required) from the pick-list.

4. Add a new option.
   1. At the bottom of the pick-list, click Edit List, then Add New.
   2. Enter a Code and Type for the new Event.
   3. Click Add. The new Event option now appears in the pick-list.
   4. Click Exit Editing.
5. Select the desired Event and click Select.
6. Save and close the record. The new Event appears in the Group's Hauler Events grid.
