Allow Duplicate Addresses in Customer Addresses

Allows users to enter two records with the same address into the Customer Address module.

Allow Text in Building Numbers

Allows users to enter an address in a format other than Lucity's default, standard format.  

Enable Falcon Document Management Integration

Enables agencies to integrate Lucity with Falcon Document Management, a document-imaging system that can be used to attach documents to inventory assets in Lucity. Integrating these systems allows users to access documents via the web, instead of adding each individual document to the Asset modules.

In Travel Log, Allow Entering of Miles-Hours

Changes how the Fleet Travel Log module works. When enabled, this option allows users to enter the number of miles or hours they traveled, rather than requiring the ending odometer or hour meter reading.

In Travel Log, Allow Future Dates

Allows users to enter Fleet Travel Log records for trips that have not occurred yet.

Number of Days To Save Subsets before Deletion

Sets an expiration date for subsets that are created in Lucity Desktop.

When a user creates a subset, the system assigns it an expiration date based on this setting. The subset is deleted after the number of days specified here.

Number of records used averaging fueling metrics

Sets the number of historical fueling records that are used to calculate the Average fields on a fueling record. When calculating these fields the system will collect the last X number of fueling records and average the information together.

Validate Street Name?

Activates the Street Name Validation function. When active, any street name a user enters into the Address fields is checked against the Street Name List. If the name entered does not match a street in the list, the user cannot save the record. More information about Street Name Validation
