Lucity's Sewer FOG Hauler Pump Outs module tracks waste-pumping services performed by FOG haulers. Pump Out records link to related Lucity data to track:
the facility and extractor being serviced;
the FOG hauler, its vehicle and driver;
the receiving facility; and
related costs.
Users can also use reports produced through the module to evaluate FOG program compliance or to facilitate billing.
Common Tasks
To open thismodule, selectEnvironmental Compliance > Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > FOG Hauler Pump Outs.
Lucity users can create new Pump Out records any of four FOG modules: Hauler Pump Outs, Haulers, Grease Extractors or Waste Disposals.
Method 1: From the FOG Hauler Pump Out Module
Open the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > FOG Hauler Pump Outs module.
Click the button. A new Pump Out record appears.
Enter or select a Hauler (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > Haulers module.
Enter or select a Facility (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Facilities module.
Enter or select a Unit ID (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities >Grease Extractor module.
Enter or select the Vehicle Number.
Enter the Action Date (required). This value, in combination with the Hauler Number and Unit ID, must be unique.
Choose an Action from the pick-list.
Enter the Amount Pumped and identify the Waste Type.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click the button to save the record. The new Pump Out record appears in the Hauler Pump Out module, in the related Hauler's Pump Outs grid and in the related Grease Extractor's Pump Outs grid.
Method 2: From the Pump Outs Grid in the Grease Extractor Module
In the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Grease Extractor module, expand the Extractor record to which you want to add a Pump Out.
In the Sewer FOG Pump Out grid, click the button. A new Pump Out record appears featuring the Unit ID of the selected record.
Enter or select a Hauler (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > Haulers module.
Enter or select the Vehicle Number (required).
Enter the Action Date (required). This value, in combination with the Hauler Number and Unit ID, must be unique.
Choose an Action from the pick-list.
Enter the Amount Pumped and identify the Waste Type.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click the button to save the record. The new Pump Out record appears in the Extractor's Pump Outs grid as well as in the Hauler Pump Out module and in the related Hauler's Pump Outs grid.
Method 3: From the Pump Outs Grid in the FOG Hauler Module
In the Fats, Oils, Grease > Waste Hauler > Haulers module, expand the Hauler record to which you want to add a Pump Out.
In the Sewer FOG Hauler Pump Out grid, click the button. A new Pump Out record appears featuring the Hauler ID of the selected record.
Enter or select a Facility (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Facilities module.

Method 4: From the Pump Outs Grid in the FOG Waste Disposal Module
In the Fats, Oils, Grease > Receiving Station > FOG Waste Disposal module, expand the Waste Disposal record to which you want to add a Pump Out.
In the Sewer FOG Hauler Pump Out grid, click the button. A new Pump Out record appears featuring the Hauler ID, Vehicle Number, Driver, Rec Station Number and Disposal Date from the selected record.
Enter or select a Facility (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities > Facilities module.
Enter or select a Unit ID (required). These options come from the Fats, Oils, Grease > Facilities >Grease Extractor module.
Choose an Action from the pick-list.
Enter the Action Date (required). This value, in combination with the Hauler Number and Unit ID, must be unique.
Enter the Amount Pumped and identify the Waste Type.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click the button to save the record. The new Pump Out record appears in the Waste Disposal record's Pump Outs grid, as well as in:
