Lucity's Sewer FOG Waste Disposals module tracks each waste-disposal delivery accepted by a FOG receiving station. Waste Disposal records link to related Lucity data to track:
the receiving facility;
the hauler, driver and vehicle delivering the waste;
the type and amount of waste being disposed of;
the results of tests performed on waste samples, and
related billing information.
Users can also use reports produced through the module to evaluate FOG program compliance or to facilitate billing.
Common Tasks
To open thismodule, selectEnvironmental Compliance > Fats, Oils, Grease > Receiving Station > FOG Waste Disposals.
Method 1: Add a Waste Disposal Record from the FOG Receiving Station Module
In the FOG Receiving Station module, click the button to expand the Receiving Station record to which you want to add a disposal.
Select the Waste Disposals grid and click the button. The system creates a new Disposal record with the selected Receiving Station's ID in the Rec Station Number field.

Method 2: Create a New Record in the FOG Waste Disposals Module
Open the Fats, Oils, Grease > Receiving Station > FOG Waste Disposals module.
Click the button. A new record appears.
Enter or select a Rec Station Number (required).
Continue to Filling out the Record (below).
Filling Out the Record
Enter the Disposal Date (required).
Select or enter the Hauler Number and the Vehicle Number (both required). (The Hauler Number determines the options the user may select in the Vehicle Number field.)
The combination of Rec Station Number, Disposal Date, Hauler Number and Vehicle Number must form a unique combination.
Identify the Waste Type. If a hauler is disposing of multiple types of waste they should be recorded in separate disposal records.
Indicate the Disposal Amount.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click the button to save the record. The new Waste Disposal record appears in the grid.
How to add a Pump Out record to a Waste Disposal record
Method 1: Use the Toolkit to link the Pump Out to the Disposal
In the FOG Waste Disposals module, select the Waste Disposal record to which you want to add non-linked Pump Out records. OR In the Receiving Station module, expand the the desired Receiving Station record, and, in the FOG Waste Disposal grid, select the desired Disposal record.
Click the button and select Link Non-linked Pump Outs for Vehicle | Selected Record. A pop-up appears that lists any non-linked Pump Outs associated with the designated Hauler and Vehicle.
Mark the check box for each of the Pump Out records you would like to link to the Waste Disposal record.
Click OK. The designated Pump Out record(s) now appear in the Pump Outs grid.
Method 2: Use the Attach Existing button in the Waste Disposal module's Pump Outs grid
Open the Environmental Compliance > Fats, Oils, Grease > Receiving Station > FOG Waste Disposals module.
Create a new Waste Disposal record. OR Expand the Waste Disposal record to which you want to attach unlinked Pump Out records.
In the FOG Hauler Pump Outs grid, click the button. A pop-up appears that lists any non-linked Pump Outs associated with the designated Hauler and Vehicle.
Mark the check box for each of the Pump Out records you would like to link to the Waste Disposal record.
Click OK. The designated Pump Out record(s) now appear in the Pump Outs grid.
