The Work program integration with InForum Gold General Ledger module allows you to import non-payroll and non-warehouse work order charges, such as equipment rental and contractor costs, from a work order into the General Ledger module. This import is done via the InForum Gold Journal Entries.
The integration with Project Accounting allows you to track employee payroll and general ledger against the Eden InForum accounting system. The desktop allows you to setup a resource as a "Journal Entry Import" resource (in lieu of the import to activity entry) which will feed the labor costs (based on a standard rate) into a General Ledger journal entry.

Note: Only completed work orders (those with a status >950) will be imported.
Account numbers and/or project numbers may also be added to the resources as defaults. Open Work > Work Flow Setup
from the desktop's main menu and then select the corresponding resource (Employees, Materials, etc.) For more information on the Work Flow Setup modules, consult the help guide.
