General Ledger Setup

To ensure successful integration between the Lucity and the InForum Gold General Ledger module, the journal entry flags in the Work Flow Setup modules must be marked.

Note: Changes to the Journal Entry flag can only be made from the Work Flow Setup modules. If a flag is changed, it affects only future use of the resource (i.e. it doesn't auto-update existing work orders).

Journal Entry flags can be set in the following Work Flow Setup modules:

• Equipment
• Contractors
• Fluids
• Employees (employees integrated with the InForum Gold Payroll module should never have the Journal Entry flag turned on)
• Materials (materials integrated with InForum Gold Inventory module should never have the Journal Entry flag turned on)
