Eden InForum Gold Integration

This section contains information regarding your integrated Eden financial systems. Follow the links below for details.

Requirements: Eden databases and Lucity™ databases must either be linked SQL servers or be on the same SQL server. For performance issues, it is recommended that they reside on the same SQL server.

The Work program is integrated with the following Eden InForum Gold programs:

• Payroll - This integration allows you to import employee timesheet data from your work orders into the InForum Gold Payroll module.
• General Ledger/Project Accounting - This integration allows you to import resource costs from the work order module into Journal Entries in the General Ledger module.  
• Inventory - This integration allows you to track the quantity of inventory used in your work orders within the InForum Gold Inventory module.
• Accounts Receivable - This integration allows you to create InForum Gold AR Invoices for billing customers from your work orders.
• Eden Customer Database - This integration allows you to search for customers in the Work Requests module directly from the InForum Gold customer database instead of using the Lucity customer database.

  Note: The "Update Customers from Requests" option in Work Options will not apply if using the Eden customer database. However, other search options (e.g. "Search for customer by phone number" and "Search for customer by contact?" will still be applicable.  There is no special documentation on this integration because it behaves in an identical manner to the normal request functionality, except that it pulls information from the InForum Gold Customer, Account, Parcel, and Owner data instead of using the Lucity Customer data.
