Editing Requirements

There are some requirements that each feature in a feature class must meet before that feature is synchronized into the the desktop Asset management databases.  For most feature classes this is just one or two required ID fields.

You can add features to the geodatabase without these ID fields.  They will save to the geodatabase and you will not lose them, but they will not be available to attach to work orders or inspections until they meet the minimum requirements.

These minimal requirements for each feature class are described in the following help pages.  The following is the key to help you understand the requirements listed:
