The On Order grid allows you to see a list of purchase orders for the part from the Purchase Order module. You can sort items in the grid by clicking on the headings at the top of the grid. An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order. Click the heading again to change the direction.
To view a purchase order, right click on it and select View Record. The record will open in the Purchase Order module.
Note: You can also open the Purchase Orders module directly from the main menu by selecting Inventory > Purchase Orders.
