The work order routing tool allows users to select a group of work orders and find the most efficient route to take between work order locations and assets. This tool needs a routing service to work. This can either be a 3rd party service (like ESRI's) or an agencies own routing service they maintain.
How To Configure the Map to use a Routing Service
Obtain the REST URL for the routing service.
In the Administration Tool go to System > Settings > GIS Routing tab.
In the URL for ArcGIS Vehicle Routing Network Analaysis Service field enter the url for the service.
If the route should always start at a specific address enter that address into the Default Vehicle Start Address for Work Routing.
Save changes.
The next time the Webmap is loaded the routing tool should work.
