Special Note Regarding Resulting Tasks

Tasks can be configured as Initiating Tasks in Work Flow Setup (in the Desktop Application). Initiating Tasks can have Resulting Tasks that are automatically set to generate once the Initiating Task Work Order is closed. If you have a Work Order with one of these Initiating/Resulting Tasks, you should not attempt to close the Work Order in the Web Application. Instead, you should close these Work Orders in the Desktop Application.
