Load a Subset into the Map

The Lucity GIS Viewer™ gives users the ability to load subsets into the map.

To load a subset into the map:

  1. Click the Identity Attributes tool .
  2. Using the Identity Attributes tool, select a feature in the map that is of the same asset type as the subset you wish to load.  An Identity Window dialog box will appear.  On the left side of this dialog you will see the selected layers.  On the right side you will see the field and value table.

  3. If you expand the layers you will see the individual assets attached.  You can view their individual field and value information on the right.

  4. Right click on the layer name containing the subset you wish to load.  A menu will appear similar to the one below.

  5. Click "Select and Show Subset". A dialog similar to the one below will appear containing a list of existing subsets.  Select a subset and click "Load".

  6. The assets contained in the subset will be selected and the map will zoom to these selected features.
