Toolkit

There are two Toolkit functions for the Department module:

• Perform Cost Update: This feature updates the estimated and actual cost data on demand as opposed to waiting until the nightly recalculation.  
• Recalculate Fiscal Year Totals: This feature recalculates the current fiscal year totals on demand as opposed to waiting until the nightly recalculation.

  Note: These Toolkit functions allow you to update your Department calculations on-demand; however, these calculations are also run each night by the Lucity PM Service.

To access these features, complete the following steps:

1. Click on the module toolbar to open the Toolkit.  The following window will appear:

   

2. Select the Toolkit function you'd like and click .
3. A progress bar will be displayed while these functions are being executed. Depending on the amount of data in your system, these functions may take some time to finish processing.
