This is a code-description, pick list field. The first part allows up to 10 alphanumeric characters to define a unique department code. The second part allows up to 40 alphanumeric characters to describe or name the department. Every time you add a new department to this module, it is added to the department pick list. This list is shared with several other modules. |

This field allows you to specify which fiscal year you want associated with the department. Press |
