The Equipment module features several modules that not only track equipment inventory and the use of parts and fluids, but estimate the life span of the equipment. You can record equipment inspections, fueling history, and hour meter readings; thereby allowing you to perform fleet and equipment comparisons.
The Fleet modules include items where usage is measured by an odometer. The Equipment modules include equipment where usage is measured by an hourmeter or something other than an odometer. The Import/Export modules allow you to transfer data in and out of the Fleet Fuelings and Equipment Readings modules. Travel Log and Warranty modules are also provided for your recording needs.
The Equipment module in conjunction with the Work allows preventative maintenance work orders to be automatically generated based on the equipment's recorded usage. It also tracks the cost of labor and parts to complete the work orders. The parts used can then be linked to the Warehouse Parts Inventory module which tracks the purchase and quantity of inventory items.
