Contacts Tab

This tab tracks the contact information for the facility. The fields on the tab store information for a primary contact and the owner. The email fields for the owner and primary contact are used to send FOG/IPT notifications. At the bottom of the tab is a grid that stores other Facility Contacts.

Contact Email

Used as the recipient to the "Send Contact Email Notification for Filterset" found in the toolkit.

Owner Email

Used as the recipient to the "Send Owner Email Notification for Filterset" found in the toolkit.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

How To

Add Other Facility Contacts

  1. Right click in the Other Facility Contact grid.
  2. Select Add Record, the following dialog will appear:

    FOG_Add Contacts

  3. Fill in the information and save the record.
