Recalculate Work Order Costs from Tasks

This Toolkit function will work on the current filterset and recalculate the work order costs on the main record; it does not recalculate any task costs or resource costs.

1. This function requires that the user have permissions to "Edit Closed Work Orders" and "Work Order - General Edit".
2. To use this function, execute the Recalculate Work Order Costs from Tasks- option in the module Toolkit .
3. You'll see a progress bar while the update is processing.

   

   Note: This Toolkit option will typically be used only when an error has caused work order costs to not calculate or when a data import did not properly update work order costs.
