Locate on Asset

The Locate on Asset Toolkit function allows you to view all work orders in the current filtered set sorted by Asset. You can then easily find the needed work order in the list and open it directly from the dialog. To use this function, complete the following steps:

1. Execute the Locate on Asset Toolkit function . The following window will appear:

   

2. Search for the work order in the list. You can sort by System ID 1, System ID 2, Desc 1, Desc 2, Object Type, Work Order #, Status Text, Category Text, Main Task Text, Lead Worker Text, Assigned Crew Text, Problem Text, or Cause Text. Simply click on a column heading to sort the items in the list. An up or down arrow will appear indicating ascending or descending order. Click the heading again to change directions.
3. When you've found the item you're looking for, highlight the work order in the list and click Select. The module will open directly to that work order.
