Default Date Filter

The Default Date Filter Toolkit function allows you to append a date filter to the current filtered dataset. To use this function, complete the following steps:

  1. Execute the Default Date Filter option in the module Toolkit . The following window will appear:

    Default Date Filter

  2. Click the Enable checkbox at the top of dialog.
  3. Set a Date Range from today's date in the field. This filter will display all open Work Orders (those with a Status code of 950 or lower) for the indicated number of days from today's date.

In the example above, we've set a date range for five days from today's date. This filter will display all open work orders with a status date within five days from today's date.

  4. Indicate whether you'd like for the filter to include open Work Orders with status dates before today's date.
  5. Click Save to enforce your changes. They'll take effect when you relaunch the module.
